Job Title: Senior Business Analyst M3 ERP
Location: Zug (hybrid)
Job Description
Be the IT M3 ERP Expert responsible for Finance and Procurement processes and their stakeholders globally, including Record to Report, IBP Finance, and Source to Pay. Lead the execution in M3 of the Galderma Finance Core Model. Propose opportunities for M3 to comply with Group Financial standards and reporting. Contribute to the M3 enhancement in line with the Global Business processes enhancements and simplification in alignment with global strategy and direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Galderma Accounting Rules in M3 CRS395
- Translate and maintain in M3 the Cross Validation Rules in M3 CRS631 as defined in Oracle EPM
- Maintain Galderma Customization through M3 trans codification Mapping table TAZ010
- Maintain M3 accounting features specific to Galderma via FAM functions and mapping tables M3 CRS388
- Maintain finance attributes attached to the Material Master data
- Design and Maintain Galderma VAT Codes CRS030
- Simplify and Harmonize Accounting process across Galderma M3 entities
- Run ad hoc M3 SQL queries to support Business requests
- Apply mass changes via SQL: mass update of financial parameters
- Monitor blocked transaction GLS037 and uncomplete/interrupted accounting jobs
- Monitor internal accounting entries CAS300
- Participate to key M3 initiatives and contribute to new implementation projects
- Support the business in resolving reconciliation issues
- Be the guarantee of the good Period-End-Closing processes within M3
- Train Finance Users on the use of M3 and contribute to the maintenance of the training materials.
- Also engage in business analysis activities as needed such as:
- Gather and document new functional requirements.
- Provide analysis about complexity and effort estimation based on business requirements.
- Contribute to project deliverables including vision documents, status reports, test plans, validation protocols, etc.
- Assist in reviewing the technical requirements for systems, including security, integration, performance, and quality requirements.
- Engage with technical support teams to ensure M3 and satellite systems are meeting business needs and that changes are delivered as requested.
- Partner with local Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain/Logistics colleagues to ensure continued alignment with global process standards and best practices.
- Partner with internal Control on IT governance initiatives and IT security
- Contribute to budget collection and analysis locally and for global rollup
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in management IT and Accounting
- Ten (10) or more years of professional experience with M3, across multi functions and business processes with a strong focus on Finance
- Experience with the following technologies:
- ERP systems (M3, iScala)
- Procurement software (Coupa ONEBUY)
- Planning and budgeting software (Oracle EPM)
- Strong presence and outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Business mindset/stakeholder management skills; strong executive presence
- Strong time and work management capabilities, with ability to prioritize initiatives and execute to completion
- Experience in a fast-paced environment: commitment to execution in a rapidly changing and evolving environment
- Collaborative, yet able to operate independently; self-motivated/driven yet able to lead and influence in a matrixed environment.
- Mission-oriented and passionate about the delivery of quality customer care
