Our client is seeking a skilled G LIMS (LabVantage) Consultant with expertise in implementing and managing LabVantage Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) along with SDMS (Scientific Data Management System) and LES (Laboratory Execution System) solutions. The ideal candidate should possess certification in LabVantage with a demonstrated track record in change management within GXP systems. The primary responsibility will be to maintain, enhance, and assess the impact of releases on the current system.

Requirements

  1. LabVantage Implementation and Configuration:

    • Lead the implementation and configuration of LabVantage LIMS, SDMS, and LES solutions.
    • Customize the system to meet the specific needs of the organization.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (GxP, FDA, etc.) throughout the implementation process.

  2. Change Management:

    • Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure seamless transitions within GXP systems.
    • Assess potential impacts of changes on existing processes and systems.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate changes effectively and manage expectations.

  3. System Maintenance and Support:

    • Provide ongoing support for the LabVantage system, addressing user issues and system enhancements.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system availability and performance.

  4. Release Management:

    • Evaluate new releases and updates of LabVantage software.
    • Assess the impact of releases on the current system configuration and functionality.
    • Plan and execute release upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

  5. Documentation and Training:

    • Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proper utilization of the LabVantage system.
    • Provide ongoing training and support to new users and staff members.
