As part of Leonardo, Kopter currently develops the AW09, a next generation single-engine helicopter that offers the largest cabin and cargo hold in its category, increased modularity and modern electronic systems. The AW09 delivers latest safety standards as well as more performance and comfort at low operating costs.
Kopter is set to become Leonardo’s Centre of Excellence for new light helicopters and an incubator of new technologies, contributing to the development of hybrid and electrical propulsion systems. Kopter’s 320 talented team members are primarily based in Switzerland, near Zurich and in Mollis (Canton of Glarus).

Your responsibilities

Managing the entire personnel administration within the employee life-cycle (entries, mutations, Swiss labor law, time management, exits, etc.) Provide support in on-going HR Projects  Support to the HR Business Partners in their daily tasks and the provision of various documents Contact person for administrative HR questions from employees and line managers

Your qualifications & experience

Commercial education with appropriate HR training e.g. Personnel Assistant
or similar > 5 years of professional experience in Personnel Administration  Knowledge in Swiss labor law & Swiss social security topics Impeccable MS Office skills, S/4HANA and Workday an asset Very good knowledge of German (C1) and English (B2) Ability to work in an independent way in a fast paced environment Pro-active working style, communicative and resilient Be able to work in a multicultural environment as a team player
