Customer Service Generalist 

In this role you will be responsible for order management from sales order entry to delivery and invoice dispatch.

Your Responsibilities

Responsible for order management from sales order entry to delivery and invoice dispatch Handle customer enquiries (pricing, stock availability, delays, short shipments, etc.) and specific customer requests Manage customer claims such as picking errors, damaged goods or pricing discrepancies Daily contact with the production department concerning the production and delivery timeline information Daily contact with the R&D department concerning the Product Customization Daily contact with the Quality department concerning damaged goods claims Coordination of deliveries in collaboration with the logistics department

Your Profile

Commercial education 5-10 years’ experience in customer service within an international company Experience in the Fashion/Luxury Customer service dpt. is a plus Fluent in both French and English is mandatory. Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong customer orientated personality  Knowledge of AS400 is preferred
