  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including milestones, key activities, and required resources, aligned with stakeholder-approved opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead project teams by assigning tasks per the work plan and managing dependencies.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track progress on project milestones across teams, ensuring on-time and on-budget project commitments.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues through planning, escalation, and corrective actions as needed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate project status updates and relevant information to stakeholders.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee external vendors, ensuring their delivery meets contractual obligations.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain Project Management artifacts (e.g., Project Charter, Schedule) and Vendor Engagement documents (e.g., RFP, PCR), managing the library of project templates.
  • Application Handover: Ensure application documentation is handed over for ongoing operations by the Application Services team.
  • Coordination: Support the Senior Director - Data Services in coordinating with the Manufacturer Services team, ensuring manufacturer communication and training for engagement execution.
  • Legal Coordination: Assist in the design, negotiation, and implementation of agreements with technology and technical service providers in collaboration with the Legal team.
  • Financial Coordination: Aid in budget planning and expense control in collaboration with the Finance team.
  • Change Management: Define and implement change management activities, securing stakeholder buy-in and updating impacted processes.
  • Additional Duties: Perform related duties as assigned.

  • Extensive experience in PMO/Project Management, particularly in the development, implementation, and delivery of data analytics services.
  • Proficiency in Jira is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to understand the big picture while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience interacting with internal and external partners across various functional areas.
  • Fluency in English
