As a member of our team in our Rostering Office, you will be responsible for the Air Traffic Management employee's rostering / workforce planning. Your main tasks will be :

Autonomous workforce planning of one or several units thanks to your advanced expertise in the use of the rostering tool and in the implementation of the respective rules Participation in the change management process for improving the rostering tool Coaching and supervising of junior and professional rostering staff Point of contact for employees, line managers and heads of units for user assistance Responsible for respective reporting in the relevant area of the job Act as advisor/sparring-partner for line managers and the heads of units in the area of responsibility

Your Profile:

Federal Vocational Education and Training in commercial business (EFZ) or equivalent Diploma Extended and proven experience in rostering activities / Workforce planning Proficiency in the Swiss Labor law, the CLAs and other appropriate regulations fatigue management) Team player with excellent communication skills and outstanding customer-service orientation Analytical, advanced problem-solving/decision making abilities, flexible and open to change Fluency in German and English, French as an asset
