To strengthen our Graphic & VM department we are looking for a

Visual Merchandiser (f/m/d)

In this position you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and on-brand window concepts, in-store retail displays and wholesale pop-up concepts that enhance the overall brand representation, customer experience and drive sales. 
To achieve this, you will collaborate with the marketing, sales and graphic team to design and execute visual merchandising concepts that align with the vision and objectives of Akris.
Furthermore, you will train and coach sales associates on product knowledge, visual standards, and customer service skills to ensure consistency across all store locations and collaborate with our digital teams to apply the same visual merchandising standards in offline and online retailing.

To be a great fit for this job, you have an education as a Visual Merchandiser, 4+ years of visual merchandising experience in the fashion or luxury segment and be fluent in spoken and written English. You have a creative mindset and excellent project and budget management skills. In addition, you have a good understanding of Adobe Creative Suite as well as MS-Office. The ability to work in a team, a good sense of aesthetics and trends, flexibility as well as a willingness to travel and a driver's license are also requirements for this creative and interesting position.
