Join our dynamic team as a Reporting Analyst, where you'll leverage your analytical prowess to translate complex data into actionable insights, driving strategic decision-making and organizational success.

You will join the new Reporting and Analytics CoE (Centre of Excellence) department, operating between the CFO, Finance and other departments (e.g. Risk Management) You support the Finance organization for pre-defined reports in their preparation You collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, to increase efficiency and effectiveness of reporting You are responsible for updating hierarchies, data models and master data and ensuring data quality. You support in the entire Report Development Process in BI, from receiving requests to initiating the changes and coordinating UAT for the following: Data Model/Chart of Account changes Report creation/modifications Process improvements You work in close contact and collaboration with the technical BI Team for further development and continuous improvement of reports in SAP BW across teams You maintain the documentation for Business Requirements, Testing and Sign-off You contribute to trainings and learnings on Reporting for the Finance Community

Das bringst du mit

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Accounting, or Finance 3+ years of experience in data analysis and report preparation, ideally within Insurance Good understanding of SAP BW functionality and concepts General affinity to technology implementation concepts e.g. SDLC Ability to work with large datasets and analyze complex data Experience of working in a cross-functional environment Ability to work independently and proactively, with an analytical and problem-solving mindset. Strong background demonstrating co-ordination and driving to deadlines Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in German and/or English, other language skills, e.g. Italian, are advantageous
