Nous recherchons un(e) Data Center Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe. Ce rôle stratégique est essentiel pour mener à bien des projets IT qui soutiennent nos processus de production et nos opérations.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Supervision des opérations : Surveiller le fonctionnement, l'organisation et la gestion des salles de centres de données, en veillant à des conditions environnementales optimales, à la sécurité et à l'efficacité.
  • Intégration et maintenance du matériel : Gérer le cycle de vie du matériel du centre de données, de l'acquisition à la mise hors service.
  • Gestion des systèmes SAN : Assurer la haute disponibilité, la performance et des solutions de stockage efficaces pour les systèmes SAN.
  • Administration des infrastructures virtuelles : Administrer le système Cisco Unified Computing (UCS), les GPU et l'infrastructure VMWare (vCenter, ESX) pour garantir un environnement virtualisé résilient, évolutif et efficace.
  • Protection des données : Utiliser CommVault pour des stratégies de protection des données complètes, assurer l'intégrité des données et exécuter des processus de sauvegarde et de récupération efficaces.
  • Gestion des systèmes de stockage : Gérer les systèmes de stockage en bloc, objets et fichiers pour soutenir des solutions de stockage évolutives et la gestion de contenu.
  • Support et maintenance : Fournir un support de niveau expert et une maintenance pour les piles IT critiques, assurant leur fiabilité, leur performance et leur alignement avec les besoins organisationnels et les normes de sécurité.
  • Innovation technologique : Identifier les opportunités d'utilisation de nouveaux outils, méthodes ou technologies pour améliorer les opérations de l'infrastructure. Proposer des solutions pour l'intégration d'éléments d'infrastructure modernes tels que les services cloud, la virtualisation, la containerisation et l'automatisation. Les études actuelles portent sur Bare-Metal OpenShift, des alternatives à la virtualisation VMware et les plateformes HCI.

Votre profil :
  • Expérience : Minimum de 5 ans dans l'infrastructure IT, avec une solide expérience dans les opérations de centre de données et les environnements cloud hybrides. Expérience avérée dans la gestion des ressources des centres de données et l'intégration de solutions cloud hybrides.
  • Compétences techniques : Compréhension approfondie des technologies de centre de données (par exemple, SAN, Cisco UCS, VMware), des technologies de sauvegarde et de récupération en cas de sinistre, et des modèles de cloud hybride. Connaissance des procédures de mise à jour des systèmes standards et de maintenance du matériel.
  • Compétences interpersonnelles : Excellentes compétences en communication, avec la capacité de travailler efficacement avec des équipes transversales, des fournisseurs externes et des parties prenantes. Fortes compétences en résolution de problèmes.
  • Engagement professionnel : Engagement démontré envers l'apprentissage continu, l'intégrité et le développement professionnel. Disponibilité pour travailler en dehors des heures de bureau ou les week-ends selon les besoins opérationnels.
