Schichtführer Assistent

Your role Stellvertretende Führung und Weiterentwicklung einer Schichtgruppe von ca.12 Mitarbeitenden Durchführen von anspruchsvollen Synthesen/Trocknungen von pharmazeutischer Zwischen- und Endprodukten auf verschiedenen, komplexen Mehrzweckanlagen in der chemischen Entwicklung Anleitung und Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden, sowie Troubleshooting bei Problemstellungen und Herausforderungen bei Abwesenheit des Schichtführers Mithilfe bei der Sicherstellung des Produktionsausstosses gemäss den Planungs- und Prioritätsvorgaben Teilnahme als SF Stellvertreter an den täglichen Besprechungen mit dem Betriebskader Rohstoffbestellungen und Endproduktablieferungen via SAP als Stellvertreter Vor- und Nachbereitung der Produktionsdokumentation (Rüsten, Reinigen und Dokumentenfluss zur Batchkontrolle) Betreuung von Handwerkern, externen Dienstleistern, Arbeitsfreigaben erstellen Sicherstellen der Einhaltung der Sicherheit-und GMP-Richtlinien innerhalb der Schichtgruppe Aktive Teilnahme am kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess innerhalb ESC

Your profile

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemie- und Pharmatechnologe, Chemikant oder vergleichbare Ausbildung. Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der chemischen Produktion und sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Chemietechnik/Anlagentechnik Erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden von Vorteil Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse Belastbare Persönlichkeit, welche auch schwierige Aufgaben anpackt und eine hohe Flexibilität aufweist, um auf verschiedene Problemstellungen reagieren zu können Fairer und offener Kommunikationsstil zu Mitarbeitenden und Vorgesetzten.
