Batgroup is growing and that’s why we're seeking an Administration Associate for our office in Zürich.

Accounts Receivable (70%) :

  • Process and manage invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments, maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable balances and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports and records related to accounts receivable.
  • Collaborate with the finance and product teams to improve and streamline accounts receivable processes.
  • Support the preparation of audit documentation and respond to auditor inquiries.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.

HR Administration (30%) :

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and documents.
  • Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support absence management by tracking employee sickness and accidents, and liaise with insurance providers to ensure proper documentation and compliance.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or a related field is preferred, but candidates with equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Proven experience in HR administration and/or accounts receivable roles.
  • Fluent in English and German is mandatory, any other languages is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with extensive expertise in Excel (must have). Experience with Dynamics 365 and Sunetplus is an asset.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
