Then join our banking operations Transformation team How you can make an impact Apply your profound banking knowledge and experience with technical business operations Solve challenges for our clients and support them in achieving their goals and priorities Assist our clients preparing for growth, embracing the digital world, creating an innovative agenda and maximising their operational efficiency Engage with experienced and motivated consultants and managers of diverse areas of expertise who are eager to share their experience with and coach you Advise, design, implement and deploy solutions alongside our banking operations team in the banking sector Who we are looking for You are an insightful thinker, confident with concepts, analyses, and frameworks, and easily “thinking out of the box”. You are happy to travel within Switzerland and potentially abroad. You are an energetic team player with a positive “can do” attitude and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you are passionate about doing an outstanding job – both for the client and to contribute to the growth of Deloitte You bring a university degree and solid insights in asset/wealth management and/or investment banking. You have at least 3+ years relevant work experience in Banking or with a leading consulting firm You understand or have experience in topics such as operating model re-design for front or back-office operations driven by growth agenda, by regulatory or financial pressure, digitalization in banking and process improvements You are fluent in German, as well as English Life at Deloitte At Deloitte, your ideas create impact and spark meaningful change for our clients, people, and society.
