Electronic Packaging Engineer

In our R&D group, we develop hearing solutions and services for hearing impaired people and hearing care professionals in the form of hearing instruments, accessories, web services, mobile applications, and PC software.
Our Electronics Packaging team in R&D is responsible for the design, development and verification of Electronics Packaging solutions for hearing solutions. In your role as an Electronic Packaging Engineer, you will work in a multi-disciplanary team to integrate microelectronic components (eg. ASICS, discretes, RF Packages) into our products including designing Flex/Rigid PCB`s.
Your tasks
Develop microelectronic packages from conceptual design to realization in final products Design and verification of flip chip packaging technologies in collaboration with external partners and internal teams Project management including leading large multi-disciplinary teams Troubleshooting and Failure Analysis of Packaging and Reliability related problems Maintenance of PCB project libraries for Platform components as well as creation and maintenance of production documents Maintain and build relationships with external suppliers and stakeholdersYour profile
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent such as Microsystems Technology, Microelectronics (Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Process Development) with further development in Electronics Packaging Technology or PCB technology & layout 3+ years' experience in a similar role Analytical thinking and consensus building with a methodical approach Ability to work independently and conscientiously on interdisciplinary topics with proactive mindset Great interpersonal skills and communication orientated Proficient in oral and written English communication, German is a plusOur offer
