Product / Project Manager

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für folgende Aufgaben:
- Erarbeiten von Anforderungskatalogen
- Überwachen von Terminen und Verbindlichkeiten
- Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Dokumentation von Lösungsansätzen und Entscheiden
- Motivation und Sinn schaffen, andere Projektmitarbeiter begeistern
- Vereinfachen von komplexen Projekten und Systemen
Wir suchen unternehmerisch denkende Mitarbeitende, welche Freude im Umgang mit Menschen und Zahlen haben. Weiter legen wir Wert auf folgende Fähigkeiten:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten (vorzugsweise in einem agilen Kontext)
- Hohe technische Affinität (insbesondere Software)
- Erfahrungen in der Finanz- oder Paymentindustrie von Vorteil
- Stark eigenverantwortliche und gründliche Arbeitsweise
- Du bist belastbar und behältst auch bei hoher Komplexität stets die Übersicht
- Du kannst komplizierte Umstände einfach erläutern
- Du sprichst muttersprachlich Deutsch und kannst ausgezeichnet kommunizieren
