Key Responsibilities:

• Build, decompose a sale price, and analyze the cost price.
• Compile a public and private tender dossier (with references, technical analyses, operating procedures, and schedules).
• Maintain tracking and statistical tables of offer yields and awards.
• Request and negotiate offer prices from suppliers.
• Analyze and propose costed alternatives during offer submissions.
• Gather end-of-site documents.
• Verify the compliance of reports with contractual commitments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• 3 years of confirmed experience in estimation.
• Technical profile with excellent knowledge of excavation, demolition, and civil engineering works.
• Ambitious, autonomous, and perseverant.
• Rigorous, dynamic, and good team spirit.

Additional Information:

• Only candidates with an EU/EFTA passport can obtain a Swiss work permit.
