Dans un contexte de transformation digitale, notre entreprise renforce son équipe de Solution Architecture pour soutenir le début de la phase de réalisation . Ce rôle se situe entre les Enterprise Architectes (centralisés au sein de la même organisation) et les Technical Architectes (répartis sur les différentes lignes opérationnelles techniques).
Principales activités et tâches :
- Collaborer avec des représentants métiers et techniques pour l'évaluation et la sélection de solutions ou de technologies.
- Concevoir et diriger la mise en œuvre d'une architecture applicative, technologique et d’intégration de données à l'échelle d'un groupe d'applications ou de technologies d'entreprise spécifiques en fonction de la stratégie d'entreprise
- Fournir des orientations en matière d’architecture aux équipes projets
- Fournir un soutien conseil aux architectes technique et infrastructure afin de s'assurer que l’implémentation de la solution est alignée avec l'architecture globale de l'entreprise.
- Comprendre, défendre et renforcer les principes des stratégies de technologie de l'information
- Analyser l'environnement informatique (gérer, développer et transformer l'entreprise) pour détecter les défaillances critiques et recommander des solutions d'amélioration.
- Fournir l’expérience pratique et contribuer à la maintenance du référentiel d’architecture (standards, best practices, catalogues …)
Diplômes, expérience et compétences
- Formation supérieure en informatique type HES, bachelor / Master, EPFL
- 10 ans ou plus d’expérience en informatique, dont au moins 5 ans sur un poste d’architecte technique / solutions
- Expérience sur des projets de transformation de grande envergure
- Connaissance approfondie en intégration des données interapplicatives
- Expérience sur du cloud (Microsoft Azure et les solutions SaaS) & sur la conception et la mise en œuvre d’API
- Connaissances front-end (Microfrontend, React, Angular)
- Expérience souhaitée sur ERP (idéalement Guidewire) et sur un CRM (idéalement MS Dynamics)
- Expérience dans la gestion du référentiel d’architecture d’entreprise, idéalement à l’aide d’un produit (Sparx, IRIS, Leanx, Bizzdesign, etc.)
Vous disposez d’excellentes capacités d’analyse, de planification et d’organisation. De plus, vous avez la capacité de comprendre les perspectives tant à court qu’à long terme sur les architectures à mettre en place.
A l’aise à l’écrit vous êtes également reconnu pour vos qualités en communication relationnelle.
