Mit dem ersten automatischen Türantrieb Europas wurde 1951 der Grundstein für die Marke TORMAX gelegt. TORMAX ist ein führender Hersteller von Tür- und Torsystemen und verfügt rund um den Globus über 25 Gruppengesellschaften sowie 500+ zertifizierte Distributoren.
TORMAX ist eine Division der LANDERT Group, einer privat gehaltenen Unternehmensgruppe, welche von Innovation, erstklassiger Qualität und echtem Unternehmertum geprägt ist. Der Hauptsitz liegt in Bülach bei Zürich, Schweiz. Die 1924 gegründete Unternehmensgruppe beschäftigt über 1000 Mitarbeitende und ist in die zwei Divisionen SERVAX (massgeschneiderte Elektromotoren) und TORMAX (Tür- und Torsysteme) gegliedert.
Seit 1951 hat sich die TORMAX Schweiz AG qualitativ hochstehenden automatischen Tür- und Torsystemen verschrieben. Diese werden in der Schweiz in eigenen Fabriken hergestellt und durch gut ausgebildete Techniker montiert und während der ganzen Lebensdauer professionell unterhalten. Die TORMAX Schweiz AG ist mit Ausnahme der Westschweiz landesweit tätig mit Hauptsitz in Bülach-Zürich und einer Niederlassung in Bern. Die Westschweiz wird durch die Schwestergesellschaft TORMAX Iffland S.A. abgedeckt.

Als fachlich ausgewiesene Persönlichkeit mit hoher Effizienz und Selbständigkeit sind Sie für die Abteilung Service verantwortlich und übernehmen folgende Aufgaben:
P&L Verantwortung für die Abteilung Service Betreuung des bestehenden Kundenportfolios Akquisition von Neukunden Weiterentwicklung des Serviceangebotes Sicherstellung einer optimalen Einsatzplanung und des 24/7 Pikett-Dienstes Aktive Präsenz im Feld bei den Servicetechnikern zwecks Unterstützung und Gewährleistung einer einwandfreien Servicequalität Sicherstellung der Prozesse und deren stetige Weiterentwicklung Verantwortlich für die Fahrzeugflotte und das ErsatzteillagerAls Head of Service bei TORMAX Schweiz bringen Sie Folgendes mit:
Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung mit Kenntnissen in Mechatronik (HLKS, Gebäudeautomation, Elektro usw.) mit anschliessender Weiterbildung zum Meister oder FH Betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung von Vorteil Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung einer signifikanten Serviceorganisation Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung Anpackende und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und sicherem Auftreten Strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise Deutsch als Muttersprache, weitere Sprachkenntnisse (z.B.
