Vos missions au quotidien
Société Générale Private Banking (SGPB), banque privée de gestion de fortune, du groupe Société Générale, est présente dans 11 pays à travers le monde. Société Générale Private Banking (Suisse) SA, appartient au réseau SGPB basé en Suisse. Elle offre des services de gestion de patrimoine à une clientèle d'entrepreneurs et de particuliers fortunés. Société Générale Private Banking (Suisse) SA propose l'expertise globale en ingénierie patrimoniale internationale ainsi que dans une large gamme de solutions d'investissements.
Tâches et responsabilités :
Ouvertures de compte :o Analyser, vérifier et valider le calcul de risque sur la base des informations disponibles dans les outils et auprès du Front office
o Vérifier si l’objet du compte et de la relation d’affaires sont clairement indiqués et documentés dans le dossier
o Analyser la structure du compte du prospect et s’assurer de sa conformité avec la politique de la Banque et de la cohérence par rapport au profil du prospect
o Procéder à la vérification des checks de réputation
o Etablir la piste d’audit attestant des contrôles effectués
o Le cas échéant, rédiger et discuter des résultats de l’analyse et des corrections nécessaires à l’attention du Front office
Revues périodiques :o Procéder à des revues périodiques de dossiers clients sur un plan documentaire et procéder aux ajustements nécessaires dans les outils selon un calendrier défini annuellement par le Département Compliance
Revue Qualité KYC et autres données (Respect des directives internes CDB, FACTA, CRS, QI, Sanctions et Embargos, Qualité des données KYC et mises à jour dans les outils) :o Contrôler par sondage, sur une base mensuelle, de dossiers d’onboarding et de revues périodiques et retranscription des résultats portant sur les écarts constatés dans des outils dédiés
o Participer aux comités de revue mensuelle, en présence des Chargés de Clientèle, de la Direction de la Conformité et de la Direction commerciale

Etudes & expérience :
Diplôme en économie / gestion bancaire / droit ou conformité Expérience de minimum cinq ans en Compliance bancaire en Suisse ou dans un Fichier CentralCompétences linguistiques :
Français: C2 Anglais : C2 Une autre langue : un atoutCompétences techniques, opérationnelles et comportementales :
Bonne connaissance de la réglementation bancaire suisse (CDB, LBA) et des règles fiscales (FATCA, CRS, QI) La bonne maîtrise des outils Avaloq et S2i sera un élément différenciant Sens critique de l’analyse et esprit de synthèse Sens de la communication et de la collaboration transversale Excellente capacité d’analyse et de rédaction Esprit d’équipe avec une forte capacité de travail de manière indépendante
