Service Specialist Analytical Chemistry

Ihre Aufgaben
In unserem Geschäftsbereich Analytische Chemie entwickeln und vermarkten wir innovative analytische Messgeräte sowie Automations- und Software-Lösungen, die auf dem Markt über ein hervorragendes Image verfügen. Im Bereich Service suchen wir an unserem globalen operativen Hauptsitz in Nänikon-Greifensee eine Person als Service Specialist Analytical Chemistry 100% (all genders).
In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie folgende Tätigkeiten:
- Sie leiten die Entwicklung von Serviceprodukten für neue und existierende Produktlinien, von Erhebung und Definition von Marktanforderungen bis zu Markteinführung
- Sie unterstützen die F&E bei der Entwicklung von Servicerelevanten Hardware und Software
- Sie definieren, erstellen und pflegen Dokumente für die Servicedurchführung (Service Manuals, Arbeitsanweisungen)
- Sie spezifizieren Servicenachweise mit Einhaltung von metrologischen Prinzipien und guter Dokumentationspraxis (GDP)
- Sie sind der technische Experte für unsere Produkte und eine zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Tech Support, Produkt Management und F&E
Ihr Profil
Folgende Anforderungen stellen wir an diese Position:
- Sie besitzen einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss im Bereich Naturwissenschaften oder Engineering mit grossem technischem Flair
- Idealerweise besitzen Sie erste Erfahrung mit analytischen Messgeräten im Laborbereich
- Sie haben ein gutes Verständnis für komplexe Hard- und Softwaresysteme
- Sie sind eine kommunikative und praxisorientierte Persönlichkeit mit sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen
