Ihre Hauptaufgaben
Gestaltung und Beschaffung von Spritzgiessanlagen und dessen Peripherie an verschiedenen Produktionsstandorten. Entwicklung und Implementierung von standardisierten Spritzgiessprotzessen für die Kunststoffeinzelteilfertigung. Erstellung von Angeboten für neue Anlagen, Implementierungen, Upgrades und Werküberholungen Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen und Methoden zur Effizienzsteigerung und Service- und Wartung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Lieferanten, Technikern und Betreibern. Teilnahme an Entwicklungsprojekten, um produktionstechnische Aspekte zu ermitteln, zu testen und einzubringen Fachführung gemäss Matrix-Organisation oder Projekt-Organisation Effizientes Informationsmanagement und Kommunikation sowohl innerhalb des Projektteams als auch mit anderen Abteilungen und Lieferanten
Ihr Profil
Techniker HF / Ingenieur FH mit Flair für Kunststoffverarbeitung Grundausbildung als Kunststofftechnologe / Polymechaniker / Werkzeugmacher mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung, bevorzugt im Spritzgiessverfahren Erfahrung in der Beschaffung und Industrialisierung von neuen Produktionsanlagen Eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englisch (mind. B2) Erfahrung im Medical Bereich erwünscht
