IT and Security Project Manager

Nous recherchons un IT and Security Project Manager expérimenté, capable de piloter et de coordonner les initiatives liées à la sécurité informatique au sein de l'organisation. Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience en gestion de projets et une expertise avérée dans les pratiques de sécurité. Ce poste requiert une forte capacité à travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes IT et sécurité, tout en assurant une communication fluide entre les différents départements.
Communication & Collaboration :
- Agir comme un lien entre les équipes IT et sécurité pour assurer une communication fluide et directe.
- S'assurer que les priorités et exigences des équipes IT et sécurité sont bien comprises et respectées au sein de l'organisation.
Gestion des Processus et Flux de Travail :
- Aider à la mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques de sécurité au sein des équipes IT.
- Coordonner les parties prenantes pour assurer des vérifications avant engagement, et optimiser les flux de travail liés aux initiatives de sécurité.
Gestion de la Sécurité et des Vulnérabilités :
- Identifier, suivre et gérer les vulnérabilités de sécurité.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de développement pour garantir l’utilisation de composants sécurisés et coordonner les plans de correction.
Stratégie et Planification :
- Donner de la visibilité sur les stratégies et initiatives IT et sécurité, et jouer un rôle d’escalade pour garantir la réussite des projets.
Suivi et Reporting :
- Superviser l’utilisation d'outils comme Confluence/JIRA pour le suivi des vulnérabilités, analyser les KPIs, et maintenir des tableaux de bord pour suivre les progrès des initiatives de sécurité.
Qualifications
- Diplôme de Master en informatique, sécurité ou discipline connexe.
- Solide compréhension des principes et des meilleures pratiques en sécurité informatique.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en collaboration.
- Expérience avec JIRA, SharePoint et d’autres outils de suivi de projets.
- Capacité à gérer des flux de travail et à coordonner les équipes.
- Connaissances en développement logiciel et compréhension des vulnérabilités courantes.
- Compétence avérée dans la génération et l'interprétation de KPIs.
- Compétences en gestion de projets et connaissances techniques solides.
- Communication transparente et capacité à fédérer les équipes.
Additional Information
- Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français (niveau courant).
