IT System Engineer

The IT system engineer has overall responsibility for the company’s IT infrastructure and implements systems for building, deployment, crash reporting and automated game testing.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the company’s IT infrastructure
- Design, implement and maintain various in-house systems and tools
- Realize fast and reliable build and deployment pipelines
- Extend the game crash report and analysis systems
- Be responsible for security both digital and physical
- Manage office hardware and employee’s software licenses
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of system administration (Windows, Linux, Mac)
- Excellent scripting skills (Python, Shell, Bat etc.)
- Experience with build systems and automated testing
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks
- German and English communication and writing skills (B2 level or higher)
Preferences:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Experience in operating CI/CD pipelines on platforms such as GitLab
- Advanced experience with build systems such as CMake
- Advanced experience with repository administration (Git/SVN)
- Experience with databases such as CouchDB
- Experience with web development
