Projektmitarbeit bis zu Projektleitung sowie vielfältige Beratungstätigkeit zu Umwelt- & Arbeitssicherheits-Themen und deren Verankerung in der Organisation Leitung und Durchführung von Umwelt- & Arbeitssicherheits-Begehungen (Audits) und dazugehöriger Berichtserstellung zur Bewertung der Einhaltung geltender Gesundheits-/Sicherheit-/Umweltvorschriften und Unternehmensstandards in einer Vielzahl von Unternehmen, über alle Industriesektoren Unterstützung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzleistung, einschließlich Reduzierung von Verletzungen und Zwischenfällen, aufgabenbezogene Risikobewertungen, Expositionsbewertungen für Mitarbeiter, Ergonomie und Prozessverbesserung Entwicklung von kundenspezifischen Lösungen für EHS-Compliance-Verfahren, -Pläne, -Genehmigungen und Berichte Implementierung von EHS & Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien Projektmanagement in Bezug auf Umfang, Budget, Zeitplan und Qualitätssicherung der jeweiligen Projektergebnisse

Was dich besonders macht

abgeschlossenes Studium eines technischen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Studiums mind. 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung als Consultant oder mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Senior Consultant im EHS-Bereich, wünschenswert als EHS-Auditor und/oder Berater/Projektleiter exzellente Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Französischkenntnisse und verhandlungssicheres Englisch, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil nationale Reisebereitschaft (je nach Bedarf auch international)
