Notre client, une entreprise pharmaceutique avec de très beau projet de croissance recherche actuellement un Associate Director NPI avec de renforcer son équipe sur le canton Neuchâtel.

Cette personne devra posséder une réelle expertise sur des postes similaires et notamment une réelle expérience sur les formes sèches (orales).

 

VOS RESPONSABILITES :

-        Superviser l'équipe MS&T constitué de 3 – 4 personnes et les aider à monter en compétences.

-        Être en contact avec les clients et partenaires externes afin de comprendre les projets, les attentes et proposer des solutions pour le transfert de nouveaux produits en production (y compris mise en place des méthodes de transferts).

-        Effectuer et gérer le transfert sur la partie packaging primaire et secondaire (y compris la sérialisation).

-        Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les personnes du site ou d'autre site pour le transfert et la mise en production de nouveaux produits.

-        Apporter une réelle expertise sur la partie validation et qualification.

-        Si nécessaire, échange avec les potentiels clients afin de concrétiser des projets et faire grandir la société (incluant les demandes de RfP) tout en gérant la partie coût.

-        Être l'un des référents lors de audits ou inspections.

 

VOTRE PROFIL :

-        Master en pharmaceutique ou équivalent avec une expérience idéalement de 20 ans dans le domaine pharmaceutique et notamment une 10ènes d'années sur un poste similaire en NPI.

-        Expérience en forme sèche/orale obligatoire

-        Très bonne expérience en management d'équipe

-        Expérience précédente au sein de CDMO / CMO avec notamment une grande expérience sur la partie relation client.

-        Très bonne connaissance en transfert de méthode, libération de lots, test de stabilités, sérialisation, enregistrement...

-        Grande expertise sur la partie qualification et validation

-        Esprit positif, dynamique et avec une très bonne organisation.

-        Français et anglais courant obligatoire.
