The ATM Expert is point of contact for the units at the Regional Aerodromes, he/she manages and develops ATM Procedures in this domain. He/She supports the evolution of the Operations and ensures safety and efficiency by using the correct processes.

Supports the operational units on Regional Aerodromes in developing new procedures, and initiates solutions for problems raised Acts as change manager for changes in the units, ensures that the required documents for the Change Management process are established, published and followed correctly Acts as point of contact between Operations, Technical Department and Management, represents the Operations in diverse projects within the company  Supports the units in regard to analyses and provides statements/reports for the units and stakeholders  Ensures timely management of Audit findings Develops and consults Yonder entries, the operational Document Management System, for the units and ensures correct and timely publication Represents the Regional Aerodromes in working groups and other panels
Completed education (vocational training or studies), Bachelor's degree in aviation an advantage Several years of experience in the aviation sector, preferably good knowledge of ATC At least basic knowledge of project management Experience in dealing with different stakeholders Very good knowledge of German and English, good knowledge of Italian or French is an advantage


Location: Bern or upon agreement

Work percentage: 80-100%
