The regional Energy & Transportation (E&T) Pricing Administration team is responsible for managing the E&T Sales Variance entrusted with Sales teams to achieve business objectives in the EAME territories via effective marketing tactics deployed through the Special Pricing Assistance (SPA) programs. The Pricing Consultants are responsible for the analysis and administration of the different steps of the SPA programs and for providing relevant pricing analysis. They work in close collaboration with internal business partners and dealers from different E&T Industries to achieve sales and marketing objectives.

Job Summary

An exciting opportunity for an individual with commercial acumen and business orientation to join our global team in a role that supports the sales and pricing teams across Europe, Africa, Middle East & and Eurasia. This role aims to support tactical pricing administration by collaborating closely with the Electric Power (EP) Sales teams within Energy & Transportation (E&T) Division covering the EAME region.

What You Will Do:

Analyzing and processing Special Pricing Assistance (SPA) requests from targeted regions by working closely with the Sales teams. Executing SPA programs, by providing guidance to the EP Sales teams, checking levels of approval, and processing high volume programs in the systems. Providing regular pricing analysis on SPA programs’ utilization to the sales teams and management using different reporting tools (PowerBI, BOBJ, eBI) Delivering on SPA modernization and standardization projects focusing on business simplification aimed at enabling more efficiency in SV control and utilization. Analyzing and processing Interim and Main Pricing Actions in the E&T Price Action Tool (PAT). Providing support on the administration for the EP Export Deals and managing currency updates for the O&G business. Working with other Teams for margin analysis, validation, invoicing cancelation, and grief resolution. Collaborating with the Sales teams and Dealers on how to monitor, evaluate and prepare SPA programs by the applicable SPA Guidelines. Providing regular updates on the SPA Guidelines and train personnel on best practices, policies, tactics, and strategy. Developing and maintaining internal revenue related controls including Sarbanes-Oxley controls and responsible for validating these controls.

What You Have:

Strong analytical ability, at ease with numbers. Decision Making and Critical Thinking. Effective Communications: advise on risks, benefits and provide ideas for improvement, suggest alternative solutions. Relationship Management. Strong computer skills in terms of advanced Excel; Power BI, eBI, Salesforce, SAP. 3-4-year college degree or equivalent experience focused on business administration, finance, economics, and statistics, accounting, or related fields.
