At Optiml, our purpose is to transform building portfolios towards a Net Zero world. As ClimateTech entpreneurs, we are driven by creating a real CO2e reduction impact, pro-actively taking the challenge to decarbonize the Real Estate sector as one of the largest contributors to climate change.

We work towards becoming the trusted software provider for sustainable and profitable real estate portfolios. Our science-based, enterprise-grade SaaS solution (AI-enabled) helps Real Estate Investors & Owners in: data transparency on renovation needs, investment decision-making, asset and portfolio management optimization, and anticipation of regulatory compliance of the entire portfolio.

We were founded in 2022 as a ETH Zurich Spin-off, and have ever since turned our verified models and algorithms into a top-notch software with user friendly, intuitive interface, capable to manage single assets, entire portfolios and even districts/ networks.
