Reporting to the Cotton Manager, the main duties of this role will include: Help the Cotton Global Desk to execute trading activities related to cotton origination, sales and risk management Work along with Cotton execution on logistic and shipments. Perform daily activities such as position reporting and contracts management. Provide daily market wire to other Cotton colleagues.
Your Profile: University degree with economic/trading background preferably. Minimum of 2 years of experience in cotton trading and/or cotton operations. Fluency in English. Knowledge of Mandarin, Arabic or Turkish are a plus. Able to work and perform on a growing business keeping the motivation and contributing with the business expansion and success. Ability to work result oriented with a self-starter approach. Proficient in MS Office.
