Job Description: SZAKÁCS/CHEF DE PARTIELocation: Restaurant in Interlaken, SwitzerlandJob Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and cooking food according to standard recipes or as directed by the Head Chef.
  • Ensuring that all food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
  • Assisting in the development of new dishes and menus.
  • Monitoring and controlling stock levels.
  • Supervising and training junior kitchen staff.
Essential Qualifications:

No specific educational qualification required.

Desired Experience:
  • Good command of English
  • 3 years of relevant experience as a Chef de Partie.
Salary & Benefits:
  • Annual contract
  • 13. month salary
  • Salary is 4.500CHF/month gross, after all deductions (local taxes, insurrance, housing fee) 2.450CHF netto, plus Tips
  • Working hours: 5 days a week, 8 hours a day
  • Accomodation in single room in a shared apartman
