Tasks:
- Coordinate recruitment and interviews to hire quickly and efficiently
- Communicate with candidates and schedule interview appointments
- Create job ads and post them on appropriate platforms
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews using MS Teams or in-person
- Actively search for potential candidates
- Improve employer branding through social media campaigns and recruiting events
- Manage the applicant tracking system
Our dream candidate
- Min 1 year experience in high volume recruitment
- Hospitality, retail or similar background
- Good knowledge of sourcing channels
- Upbeat personality not afraid to step-up
- Knowledgeable of different kinds of interview questions
- Fluent in English and high German is a must
