Für unseren modernen Standort in St. Gallen suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit für die Qualitätskontrolle. In dieser Funktion sind Sie verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Aufgaben in der Qualitätskontrolle unter Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Regulierungs- und Sicherheitsstandards und berichten direkt an den Manager Instrumentalanalytik QC.

Zu Ihren Verantwortlichkeiten gehört auch:

Durchführung von Analysen unter Einhaltung der Analysentermine

Befolgung der Unternehmens- und Abteilungsrichtlinien

Sicherheits- und kostenbewusster, sorgfältiger Umgang mit Apparaturen und Installationen

Überwachen des Verbrauchsmaterial- / Chemikalien-Vorrats und bei Bedarf Meldung

Geräteverantwortung für Kalibrierung/Wartung und Funktionskontrolle in Stellvertretung 

Unverzügliche Meldung von Abweichungen und aussergewöhnlichen Ereignissen an den Vorgesetzen

Zugewiesene Schulungen fristgerecht abschliessen (Schulungs-status aktuell halten)

Aufgaben

Durchführung und Auswertung der Analysen von Rohstoffen, Wirkstoffen und Produkten in der Qualitätskontrolle:

Analytische Methoden gemäss Schulungsmatrix

Schwerpunkt: Instrumentalanalytik (AAS, ICP-OES, UV-Vis, NIRS, Partikelgrösse), Nasschemische Prüfungen

Aufgaben, die von der Laborleitung oder Gruppenleiter zugewiesen werden

Rohdatenkontrolle gemäss Schulungsmatrix

Führung von Logbüchern

GMP-gerechte Dokumentation der Durchführung

klar, vollständig, lesbar, zeitnah und rückverfolgbar

Erfassung der Daten und Ergebnissen ins LIMS

Kalibrierung/Kontrollmessung auf einfachen Geräten

Feedback bei der Erstellung von Prüfvorschriften, Arbeitsanweisungen und Formblätter

Ihr Profil

Die notwendigen Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen, um diese Position einzunehmen, werden üblicherweise durch die folgende Kombination aus Aus- und Weiterbildung, Wissen und Erfahrung oder Gleichwertigem erlangt.

Mindestqualifikationen:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung Chemielaborant/in EFZ oder ähnliches

Kenntnisse der pharmazeutischen Analysenmethoden und Terminologie

Gute Deutschkenntnisse

Solide Computerkenntnisse (MS-Office-Kenntnisse)

Erwünschtes Anforderungsprofil:

Erfahrung in einer GMP-Umgebung und im Umgang mit QM-Systemen fürs Labor

Praxis in der Anwendung von instrumenteller Analytik und Geräte-Software

Englisch-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
