Aufgaben
  • Assistant Kitchen Manager Smash Club® in Wiedikon
  • Mittag & Abendservice Mo-So
  • Durchdienst am Wochenende & Freitag
  • Mise en Place
  • Einhaltung und Umsetzung des Hygiene-Konzepts HACCP
  • Leitung Pass & Team in Abwesenheit des Kitchenmanagers
Qualifikation
  • Kochaffinität
  • selbständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • flexibel, einsatzfreudig und zuverlässig
  • belastbare Persönlichkeit
  • Deutsch- und / oder Englischkentnisse
