Deine Rolle umfasst die Verwaltung von vielseitigen IMACD-Aktivitäten, die Behebung von Software- und Hardwareproblemen sowie die spezielle Unterstützung der VIPs. Du reist dafür an verschiedene Standorte im Kanton Wallis und nimmst zudem an spezifischen Workplace-Projekten teil.
IMACD-Management und Gewährleistung der betriebliche Kontinuität Software- und Hardware-Fehlerbehebung und Hauptansprechpartner vor Ort Vorrangiger VIP-Kunden-Support Kundenbesuche vor Ort und Reisetätigkeit im Kanton Wallis Aktive Mitarbeit in spezifischen Workplace-ProjektenWas du draus machst, ist was uns ausmacht.

Fundierte Kenntnisse der Microsoft-Umgebung M365, MDM und Intune Kenntnisse im Bereich Windows 10/11 und Active Directory Erfahrung im Hardware- und Software-Support Sehr gutes Deutsch und Französisch; Englisch von Vorteil
