Production Engineering Technician / Technicien - Méthode et Industrialisation


Description de fonction


Méthode et Industrialisation

  • Etablir la documentation et la mise à jour des instructions d'assemblage et de contrôle.
  • Création et mise à jour des gammes opératoires dans l'ERP.
  • Participation à l'introduction des nouveaux produits en production en collaboration avec la R&D.
  • Participer à la réalisation des validations des équipements.
  • Maintenance et réglage des outillages et/ou des équipements de production selon les documents publiés.
  • Participation active à l'analyse des dérives avec le support qualité, revue de quarantaine, gestion du processus de retouches pour tous les sites de production.
  • Création des rapports de Non-Conformité / Note Interne : analyse des non-conformités, proposition et implémentation des solutions.
  • Réparation des produits : Maîtriser l'assemblage et le test des produits de façon à détecter et réparer les pannes.
  • Améliorations : Proposer, analyser et implémenter des améliorations menant à réduire les coûts et à augmenter la qualité et l'efficacité des produits EMS.
  • Mener des groupes de travail d'amélioration continue.
  • Veiller à respecter et appliquer toutes les prescriptions obligatoires dans les zones d'assemblage, incluant les règles d'hygiène, de sécurité et d'ESD.
  • Participer à la formation du nouveau personnel et du personnel temporaire.
  • Disponibilité envers les opérateurs, coordinatrices et Group Leaders.


Réalisation d'outillage

  • Conception et dessins des équipements, selon le PS-020, création de GH dans l'ERP, FVM etc.
  • Réalisation en interne, ou suivi de la réalisation en externe.


Profil et compétences requis

  • Technicien diplômé(e) (Ecole supérieure ES, BTS ou équivalent).
  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
  • Expérience dans l'industrie un plus.
  • Maîtrise d'Office, connaissances de SolidWorks un plus.
  • Bonne capacité de communication et de coordination.
  • De langue maternelle Française avec un bon niveau d'Anglais (B2 - C1).
  • Consciencieux, Diplomate, Rigoureux et Pédagogue.
