As our Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible to identify, source, assess and hire the best talent for our Maison, ensure strong talent pipelines for select roles and enhance Piaget as an Employer of Choice through our Employer Branding strategy.
Your main responsibilities will be:
To be responsible for the local Talent Acquisition strategy that will utilize the full potential of the market to get the best talent for our HQ and Manufacture. Regularly report on recruitment activity, with recommendations to improve relevant KPIs (time to hire, quality of candidates, etc) Monitor and support global Talent Acquisition needs for the Maison. Define relevant sourcing channels , encourage a collaborative recruitment approach with the business, and upkeep quality of advertising opportunities via social media, within the guidelines provided by the Group. Act as true change agent introducing more diversity into the organization, by actively proposing ways to increase the diversity of talent we hire. Be an active member of Richemont Group’s Talent Acquisition community. Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. As an internal sourcing expert, search proactively in our database and via external channels for best-in-class talents that will enrich our organization. Ensure a high quality of candidates, through thorough assessment processes, including mastering relevant assessment tools and delivering training programmes for hiring managers. Produce a global TA Dashboard with KPIs; recommend and implement improvement initiatives. Define and drive Piaget’s Employer Branding agenda through global channels, and advise on local actions where pertinent Develop the communication strategy and create/manage editorial content for our career’s website and employer branding microsites/sections (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.) Develop, supervise and execute a Social Media Strategy for Piaget as an Employer, collaborate with Corporate Communication and Internal Communication to align and create content - benchmark and analyse powerful employer brands, take out key success factors Build strong partnerships with relevant universities to recruit top graduate talentsThe exceptional Skills we are looking for :
You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing and Talent Acquisition.
An effective and persuasive communicator who seeks insight into the business and acts as a knowledgeable advisor.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of the entire recruitment function - talent acquisition practices, principles and applications including attraction, interviewing and assessment, Boolean Search....
Fluent in English & French is a must.

Innovator - Excellent problem solver with strong analytical skills, not afraid of exploring new paths and new operating models
Digital savvy – you are familiar with Recruitment platforms and aware of the new digital innovations & trends, social media…
Focused on quality - Pay attention to details to convey the level of quality we expect in our organization and to attract external talents
