Votre Mission
En tant que spécialiste du service à la clientèle, vous jouerez un rôle crucial en assurant la satisfaction des clients et en entretenant des relations positives avec les entreprises (B2B) et les particuliers (B2C). Votre principale responsabilité est de répondre aux demandes, de résoudre les problèmes et de fournir un excellent service afin d'améliorer l'expérience globale du client.
Vos Responsabilités
- Aider les clients B2B et B2C à passer leurs commandes et leur fournir des informations précises et une assistance complète.
- Gérer les commandes, traiter les transactions, assurer la coordination avec la logistique, suivre et garantir l'efficacité et la rapidité des expéditions et des livraisons.
- Répondre aux questions relatives aux produits par le biais de divers canaux de communication (téléphone, courrier électronique, chat, boutique en ligne).
- Examiner et résoudre les plaintes, les préoccupations et les problèmes des clients concernant nos produits, nos services ou nos livraisons.
- Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients B2B, comprendre leurs besoins spécifiques et assurer leur satisfaction afin de favoriser des partenariats à long terme.
- Recueillir et analyser les commentaires des clients afin d'identifier les tendances et les domaines d'amélioration.
- Collaborer avec différents départements pour traiter et résoudre rapidement les problèmes des clients, relayer les informations sur les clients et contribuer à la croissance globale de l'entreprise.
- Tenir à jour la base de données des clients et documenter les interactions avec eux, leurs commentaires et leurs problèmes.
- Générer des rapports pour suivre les indicateurs du service client et identifier les domaines d'amélioration.
Vos Qualifications
- Expérience confirmée dans le domaine du service à la clientèle locale et internationale, préférablement dans le monde du luxe
- Solides compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide
- Familiarité avec les processus de service à la clientèle B2B et B2C
- Maîtrise de l'utilisation d'un logiciel de gestion de la relation client (CRM)
- Français, anglais et suisse allemand parlés et écrits couramment
