We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Governance Specialist to join our lively international team and work on projects for Europe's leading brands

 

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement IT governance strategies, policies, and procedures related to IAM, Logical Security, and PAM in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Design, evaluate, and improve the overall IAM and logical security framework within the organization, ensuring the protection of critical assets and data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce access control policies, user provisioning/deprovisioning processes, and privilege management procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security gaps and develop mitigation plans.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on IAM solutions and support the selection, implementation, and integration of IAM tools, such as the One Identity Suite.
  • Monitor and analyze security events, incident reports, and audit logs to detect and respond to security incidents promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and industry standards in IAM, logical security, and PAM, and recommend appropriate measures to enhance the organization's security posture.

What we are looking for:
  • Proven experience as an IT Governance Specialist or a similar role, specifically focused on IAM, logical security, and PAM in large corporate environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts, principles, and best practices, including user lifecycle management, role-based access control, and single sign-on (SSO).
  • Experience with Privilege Access Management (PAM) solutions and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of logical security controls, including encryption, authentication, authorization, and audit logging.
  • Familiarity with One Identity Suite or similar IAM platforms is a plus.
  • Language - Italian bilingual
