Network & Security Engineer

Nous recherchons un(e) expert(e) en réseaux, voix et sécurité avec une solide expérience pour rejoindre notre équipe d'opérations. Vous serez responsable de la gestion du cycle de vie de nos environnements réseau, voix et sécurité. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la résolution des incidents, la gestion des projets d'infrastructure et la collaboration avec des fournisseurs externes. Votre expertise contribuera à garantir la stabilité et la sécurité de nos systèmes.
- Gérer le cycle de vie des environnements réseau (LAN/MAN/WAN/Wifi...)
- Gérer le cycle de vie des environnements voix (CUCM, solutions d'enregistrement NICE...)
- Gérer le cycle de vie des environnements de sécurité (Checkpoint/PaloAlto/Bluecoat/F5...)
- Gérer la file d'attente des incidents et veiller à leur résolution en temps voulu (surveillance, investigation, résolution, suivi)
- Travailler avec l'équipe sur tous les projets d'infrastructure nécessitant des compétences en réseau et sécurité
- Aider l'équipe de gestion de projet dans leurs projets concernant tous les sujets liés aux réseaux et à la voix
- Travailler avec des fournisseurs externes dans le cadre des incidents/projets/BAU (fournisseurs de services, transporteurs, télécoms…)
- Assurer la mise à jour des inventaires, la planification de la capacité, le suivi des KPI
- Faire partie d'une équipe de réseaux et d'opérations de sécurité pour gérer un ensemble d'environnements complexes
- Participer à un service de rotation d'astreinte une semaine par mois (24/24-7j/7)
Qualifications
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans une équipe de réseau/voix/sécurité et d'opérations
- Bonne connaissance et expérience en réseau et sécurité
- Bonne connaissance et expérience en voix (VoIP, Cisco CUCM, enregistrement Nice…)
- Compétences avérées en gestion de cycle de vie des environnements réseau, voix et sécurité
- Capacité à gérer efficacement la résolution des incidents et à collaborer avec des équipes de projet
- Expérience de travail avec des fournisseurs externes et dans la gestion de projets complexes
- Capacité à maintenir des inventaires précis, à planifier la capacité et à suivre les KPI
- Volonté de participer à un service d'astreinte et de travailler en dehors des heures normales de bureau si nécessaire
- Résidence Suisse obligatoire.
