Dans la cadre de ta fonction, tu pilotes les travaux par lot planifiés, en assurant leur bonne exécution et en gérant les incidents qui pourraient survenir sur les systèmes supervisés. Tu es également en charge d'implémenter les demandes de service et les requêtes en suivant rigoureusement la documentation établie.

Prendre en charge les incidents, les analyser et les résoudre ou les faire escalader au groupe responsable en cas de besoin Assurer le suivi de la disponibilité des systèmes (IBM batch scheduling) et automation système Participer aux sessions de patching d'OS (Windows et Linux) pour maintenir la sécurité et les performances des systèmes Gérer le Dashboard fournissant des informations sur l'état des systèmes supervisés

Skill Check

Connaissance des systèmes d'exploitation IBM tels que z/OS, AIX, ainsi que Linux et Windows. Maîtrise des outils de virtualisation VmWare. Familiarité avec les outils IBM tels que le planificateur de travaux par lots (batch scheduler), System Automation, TSO, SDSF, RMF, Omegamon et Command Center.

Expérience préalable dans un centre d'opération avec gestion de travaux planifiés Diplôme de technicien en informatique ou équivalent Excellente maîtrise du français et compétences en anglais technique Tu travailles selon des horaires par shift pouvant comprendre la nuit et les weekend
