The group (PI: Prof. Barbora Trubenova) is hosted by in Dübendorf and (Institute of Integrative Biology). The workplace is at Eawag Dübendorf campus. PhD students of the group matriculate at ETH Zurich.
The ideal candidate is able to work independently as well as part of a small team, has strong self‑motivation and is able to develop new skills to explore new topics. The project requires the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary research environment, and excellent communication and data analysis skills. The working language is English.
Strong candidates have a master degree in Data analysis, Mathematics, Physics, Computer science, or a related field. Prior experience in integrating diverse datasets and developing computational tools for data analysis and Interest in designing and implementing databases is a strong plus.
