Die Octapharma Produktionsgesellschaft Deutschland mbH (OPGD) in Springe bei Hannover ist einer von fünf hochmodernen Produktionsstandorten. Dort stellen wir mit unseren rund 800 Mitarbeiter:innen das Fertigarzneimittel albunorm® sowie Zwischenprodukte zur Weiterverarbeitung her.

Was sind Ihre Aufgaben als IT Senior Operator Service Desk (m/w/d)?

Priorisierung und Koordination von Tickets User-Support im Soft- und Hardwarebereich  System -& Netzwerkimplementierung Unterstützung bei der Lieferantenauswahl & Ansprechpartner für IT-Lieferanten Administrative Betreuung der Systeme & Netzwerke


Was bringen Sie mit? 

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (z.B. Systemadministrator, Fachinformatiker) Erste Berufserfahrung Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Ticketsysteme und Peripheriemanagement Souveräner Umgang mit IT-Anwendungen, insbesondere MS Office Proaktiver, selbstständiger, dennoch team- und zielorientierter Arbeitsstil Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
