Developing trust in Society by building technology enabled control frameworks.  The vision of our Technology Audit & Assurance (TAA) practice is to be the partner of choice for governance, finance, and IT leaders when it comes to improving the control environment of their organisations. We are working towards this vision by supporting the clients’ journeys on increasing the efficiency and robustness of their control frameworks. As a member of our Technology Audit & Assurance practice you can expect to work with a technology savvy team, that shapes and delivers innovative and trustworthy solutions. You will be combining your experience and network with the resources we have at our disposal to build a long-lasting relationship with our clients.  How you can make an impact As a Consultant within the TAA practice you will focus on building, reviewing, and improving state-of-the-art control frameworks under a diverse range of regulatory requirements, e.g. Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), ISA, AICPA and Deloitte methodology. You will interact with clients directly and you will also collaborate with a diverse group of talented professionals across our firm. Responsibilities will include: Co-leading internal and external IT audit and assurance engagements. You will be provided with an opportunity to deliver end-to-end engagements / workstreams on your own. This will expose you to engagement planning activities, client communication, team management.  Supporting in the assessment of the controls assurance solution by providing innovative ideas, assisting with go-to-market initiatives and communications with key stakeholders.  Helping our clients in managing various IT specific regulatory challenges by providing valuable insights. You will support our clients in managing remediation efforts, efficiently handling complex IT challenges and provide qualitative deliverables that meet regulatory requirements.   Who we are looking for Pro-active, adaptable, keen to grow and have strong interpersonal and communication skills allowing you to build good relationships with clients and team members. First experience in working on external and/or internal IT audit fieldwork. Completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university or equivalent education with a major in engineering, computer science, business informatics, economics, or related field.  Display an analytical mindset with an attention to detail. Knowledge of business processes (e.g., PTP, OTC, RTR, Treasury, Tax, HR, etc.), and relevant controls and risk concepts are nice to have Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English. Any further languages (e.g., German) would be an advantage. Your team Become part of a diverse, multinational, and highly motivated TAA based in our Zurich office.
