Das legendäre Hotel Palace Luzern wurde erstmals im Jahr 1906 eröffnet und befindet sich in Luzern am Ufer des Vierwaldstättersees. Nach einer kompletten Renovierung eröffnete das Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern im September 2022 seine Türen für Kollegen und Gäste. Das Hotel verfügt über 136 Zimmer und Suiten mit herrlichem Blick auf den Vierwaldstättersee und die Berge. Drei Restaurants, eine Bar mit wunderschöner Terrasse, der Meeting- und Eventbereich, der Spa sowie ein Fitnessraum runden das vielfältige Angebot für unsere Gäste ab. 

Als Credit Manager werden Sie verantwortlich für folgende Aufgaben sein: 

Aufrechterhaltung ordnungsgemäßer Kreditverfahren im gesamten Hotel in Übereinstimmung mit den örtlichen und unternehmensinternen Richtlinien und Verfahren Kontrolle und Überwachung der prompten Rechnungsstellung und des Einzugs aller Außenstände, um die Außenstände jederzeit so gering wie möglich zu halten Hauptverantwortung für das Debitorenmanagement des Hotels: Bearbeitung von Kreditanträgen, Rechnungsstellung, Inkasso, Kassenführung, Abgleiche und Monatsabschlussanforderungen

Als Credit Manager  suchen wir nach :  

Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Rechnungs- und Finanzwesen, sowie erste Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position. Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis und Organisationstalent Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, Exzellente Umgangsformen und gepflegtes Äusseres, sowie eine positive Ausstrahlung Aufgeschlossenheit und Teamfähigkeit Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

We are looking for a Credit Manager   to join our iconic Mandarin Oriental Palace , Lucerne

The legendary Hotel Palace Luzern first opened in 1906 and is in the city on the shores of Lake Lucerne. After a complete renovation, the Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern reopened its doors in September 2022. It comprises 136 rooms and suites offering excellent views over the lake and mountains. Three restaurants, one bar together with a variety of meeting facilities, a Spa and a fitness room roundup our offer for our Guests.

As Credit Manager you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Maintaining proper credit procedures throughout the hotel in accordance with both local and corporate policies and procedures Controlling and monitoring prompt billing and collection of all accounts receivable items in order to maintain the lowest possible level of outstanding accounts at all times Primarily responsible for the hotel debtor’s function: processing credit applications, invoicing, debt collection, AR cashiering, reconciliations and month-end requirements

As Credit Manager we are looking for: 

A completed vocational training or a comparable qualification in accounting and finance, as well as first experience in a similar position Very good understanding of numbers and organizational skills Good IT skills Excellent manners and well-groomed appearance, as well as a positive charisma Open minded and ability to work in a team Very good knowledge of German and English. Further foreign language skills are an advantage
