Hikma-Solutions recherche pour l'un de ses clients, un(e) CRM Campaign Manager:

Description de la mission : 

Vous serez chargé(e) de :

  • Gérer des projets CRM en collaboration avec les équipes fonctionnelles, data et techniques, depuis leur conception jusqu'à leur mise en œuvre, leur suivi et leurs optimisations ultérieures (notamment via des AB tests).
  • Assurer la qualité de délivrabilité des campagnes emailing pour les partenaires.
  • Mettre en place et améliorer les campagnes de marketing automation.
  • Fournir le support nécessaire au lancement de nouvelles campagnes emailing.
  • Analyser les résultats et la qualité des campagnes emailing.
  • Comprendre et répondre aux besoins et problématiques emailing des clients partenaires.
  • Gérer la migration vers un nouvel outil emailing.

En tant que véritable innovateur, vous recherchez constamment des opportunités d'impact rapide. Vous êtes curieux et avez un réel intérêt pour comprendre le fonctionnement d'un modèle économique basé sur l'abonnement.L'optimisation et l'automatisation sont des éléments essentiels de votre approche, et vous êtes à l'aise pour gérer plusieurs projets simultanément. Vous cherchez à comprendre les interactions entre les différents services d'une entreprise et les implications que peuvent avoir les projets sur l'ensemble de l'entreprise. Vous serez en contact avec les 10 expertises du client qui sont toutes interconnectées.Vous appréciez les échanges avec des développeurs, des chefs de projet et des clients partenaires.

  • Vous avez un haut niveau académique.
  • Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience réussie dans le domaine de l'emailing.
  • Vous êtes pragmatique, à l'écoute, débrouillard, avec une compréhension du monde des affaires et du marketing.
  • Vous avez une réelle affinité pour les données, de bonnes capacités analytiques, de la rigueur et une aisance avec les chiffres.
  • Vous avez une vision centrée sur l'utilisateur et une compréhension des parcours utilisateur.
  • Vous avez une expérience dans l'emailing/CRM, idéalement sur des outils comme Salesforce ou Blueshift.
