In deiner neuen Position bist du das fehlende Puzzleteil, das Stakeholder und IT-Architekturdesigns verbindet. So sorgst du für eine reibungslose Kommunikation, Koordination und Zusammenarbeit.Konkret landest du bei uns im Team IT Applications, wo dich folgende Aufgaben erwarten: Du analysierst Prozesse, Systemlandschaften und Lösungsarchitekturen und identifiziert Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung und Optimierung. Du fungierst als fachliche Stellvertretung des Lead IT Application / CTO Asset Management und unterstützt tatkräftig beim Aufbau einer starken Application Support Funktion innerhalb der BAM. Du pflegst Beziehungen zu allen Stakeholdern und Nutzer:innen der Systeme der BAM sowie Schnittstellen zu unseren Dienstleistern (BITS, Vendor, etc.). Du vertrittst die Interessen der BAM in Gruppenprojekten in Baloise. Du entwickelst «best practice» Prozesse, um ein effektives und effizientes Incident und Change Management zu ermöglichen. Dein Team Das Team IT Applications besteht neben dir aus sieben weiteren Kolleg:innen. Wir kümmern uns gemeinsam um die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der IT Landschaft des Asset Managements. Von der Immobilienbewirtschaftung über Wertschriften wie Aktien und Obligationen, Private Assets bis hin zum Data Hub für das Data Management: Die Projekte bestehen meisten aus crossfunktionalen Teams. Von Business Analyst:innen übers Legal oder Compliance bis zu den Fachspezialist:innen aus den betroffenen Bereichen arbeitest du mit den unterschiedlichsten Personen gemeinsam an Projekten mit. Deine Qualifikationen: Hochschul-/Fachhochschulabschluss Weiterbildung in Projektmanagement, Business Development / Innovationsmanagement / Solution Architektur / Informatik fundiertes Wissen über Asset Management Produkte und –prozesse sowie Methodenkenntnisse in der Anwendung von IT-Lösungen sehr gute Kenntnisse von IT-Lösungen im Finanzumfeld ausgezeichnetes Deutsch und gutes Französisch sowie Englisch (mündlich/schriftlich)
