Bist du bereit, das Project Management Office (PMO) der Inventx AG zu leiten und das Multiprojektmanagement auf das nächste Level zu heben? In dieser Schlüsselrolle gestaltest und verantwortest du die Projektmethodik und unterstützt alle Bereiche bei der Umsetzung strategischer Projekte in der Finanz- und IT-Branche.

Was ist dein Gestaltungsraum?
  • Du übernimmst die Fachverantwortung für das Project Management Office (PMO) und gestaltest Prozesse sowie Hilfsmittel für alle Projekte der Inventx.
  • Du unterstützt das strategische Projektportfoliomanagement und stellst Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Priorisierung, Budgetierung und Ressourcensteuerung bereit.
  • Du gewährleistest nutzerfreundliche Ressourcenprozesse und sorgst für effiziente Konfliktlösungen für Linienvorgesetzte.
  • Du bietest Projektleitern und Product Ownern eine vollständige Toolbox und Prozesse, inklusive Vorlagen und Ressourcen, für ihre Projekte.
  • Du erstellst und pflegst die Datenbasis für das Projektportfoliomanagement und bereitest Projekt-KPIs für das Controlling auf.
  • Du förderst Best Practices und entwickelst das Projektmanagement-Angebot für Inventx und deren Kunden stetig weiter.
Was bringst du mit?
  • Fundierte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie umfassende bankfachliche Kenntnisse
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in Beratung und Projektmanagement, insbesondere im Bankenumfeld
  • Praktische Kenntnisse mit Schweizer Kernbankensystemen wie Finnova oder Avaloq
  • Eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsstil, gepaart mit starker Teamfähigkeit und hoher Kundenorientierung
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftsinformatik, Finance oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Hoher Qualitätsanspruch, Innovationsfreude und Kundenorientierung sowie sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
