Job Description

Mission : Le technicien support IT Niveau 2 est responsable de fournir un support IT de deuxième niveau à tous les employés de notre client basé à Genève. Il/elle doit également assurer un support dédié aux VIP et aux traders, en plus de prendre en charge l'installation, la configuration et le support du matériel informatique et des applications utilisateurs.

Responsabilités Principales :

Gestion des Demandes de Service et Incidents :

Gérer les demandes de service et les incidents assignés à l'é et résoudre les ordres de travail assignés à l'équipe.

Support VIP et Salle de Trading :

Fournir un support IT dédié aux VIP et aux traders.Assurer le support des vidéoconférences dans les salles de réunion.

Installation et Configuration du Matériel Informatique :

Configurer, installer et supporter le matériel informatique des PC de bureau, Thin Client, ordinateurs portables, et appareils érer les mouvements de l'équipement utilisateur et la connectivité LAN, et mettre à jour l'outil d'inventaire du matériel informatique.

Gestion du Matériel :

Terminer, éliminer et relocaliser les actifs en conformité avec les politiques internes.Assurer le support des imprimantes Canon et HP, ainsi que la coordination des interventions de support externe.

Gestion des Réparations :

Gérer les activités de réparation en relation avec les fournisseurs externes (Swisscom, Dell, Canon, HP).

Suivi des Licences Logiciels :

Suivre les actifs logiciels et assurer la conformité complète des licences.

Qualifications

Expérience Requise :

Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.

Éducation :

Certificat fédéral de capacité (CFC) ou équivalent.

Compétences Linguistiques :

Français courant. Anglais courant.

Compétences Techniques et Personnelles :

Solides compétences en installation et configuration du matériel informatique. Expérience en support utilisateur et résolution de problèmes IT. Capacité à gérer des demandes et incidents de manière efficace. Compétences en gestion des actifs matériels et logiciels. Excellentes compétences en communication et en service à la clientèle. Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe. Souci du détail et respect des politiques internes.
