La division Technology & Operations assure la conception et l’intégration d’une grande diversité de solutions informatiques allant des systèmes de gestion de portefeuille aux plateformes de trading en passant par les applications bancaires et les outils de gestion d’entreprise. A l’origine de quelques-unes des plus grandes innovations du Groupe, la division est également responsable du bon fonctionnement opérationnel ainsi que du développement des services de banque dépositaire et d’administration de fonds.

Au sein du service Réconciliation, vous serez intégré/e dans l’équipe Funds, Custody fees & Positions en charge d’assurer au quotidien la réconciliation et le suivi de l’ensemble des positions titres, fonds et private equity.

Contrat à durée maximale de 12 mois

Votre rôle

Assurer le contrôle des positions titres, fonds et Private Equity. Assurer la validation des transactions non automatisées et le traitement des confirmations Swift. Attribuer et assurer le suivi des suspens avec les unités responsables de leurs résolutions. Assurer une résolution efficiente des anomalies, différences et incidents divers. Contribuer à l’amélioration et à l’automatisation des processus de réconciliation. Documenter les contrôles via des procédures et assurer la mise à jour de celles-ci.

Votre profil

Formation académique, HEG, HES ou formation jugée équivalente. Expérience professionnelle dans les opérations bancaires. Intérêt pour les produits complexes et private assets. Très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et de MS Office. Aisance dans la gestion des données, leur analyse et leur reporting De langue maternelle française, bonne maîtrise de l’anglais oral et écrit. Esprit d’équipe, entregent et flexibilité. Gestion adéquate des priorités. Précision et rigueur dans le suivi des activités. Domicile en Suisse requis. 

Télétravail envisageable (jusqu'à 2 jours/semaine maximum)
