About us
Optiml is fast-growing startup with a mission to decarbonise real estate as “the trusted software provider for sustainable and profitable real estate portfolios”. We spun out of ETH Zurich in fall 2022 and raised our $1.6m pre-seed from top-notch US & EU funds: Innovation Endeavors (San Francisco – fund of former Google CEO Eric Schmidt) and Planet A (Berlin). In short: although we’re only 1.5 years old, we’re getting a lot of interest, and we’re at the stage where we need more entrepreneurial and talented colleagues to join our team.

We work towards becoming the trusted software provider for sustainable and profitable real estate portfolios. Our science-based, enterprise-grade SaaS solution (AI-enabled) helps Real Estate Investors & Owners in: data transparency on renovation needs, investment decision-making, asset and portfolio management optimization, and anticipation of regulatory compliance of the entire portfolio.
We were founded in 2022 as a ETH Zurich Spin-off, and have ever since turned our verified models and algorithms into a top-notch software with user friendly, intuitive interface, capable to manage single assets, entire portfolios and even districts/ networks.
