WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Riskidentification and Assessment (%):
)Responsible for the risk identification, control evaluation and assessment of methodologies to implement ERM management framework at the Bank and support the planning process of all risks.
)Facilitate the ongoing assessment of the Bank’s risk profile, tolerance, aggregation and reporting.
)Participate in the stress test scenario generation process for capital, liquidity and enterprise-wide stress test exercises, based on risk and assessment results, including emerging material risks, concentrations and correlations.
)Develop measurement processes to control, monitor and report strategic and reputational risks, identifying risk management deficiencies and emerging risks to meet strategic objectives, enhancing and maintaining policies and procedures governing strategic and reputational risk management.
Risk Appetite Statements (%):
)In accordance with the standards provided by corporation, develop, implement and maintain the Bank’s Enterprise Risk Management (“ERM”) framework and supporting policies and procedures.
)Coordinate with Bank’s management to determine risk appetites and tolerance levels for the business and ensure these align with Head Office.
)Work with all the areas of risk management and work stream owners to ensure compliance with ERM procedures.
Risk reporting and administration (%):
)Responsible for providing and coordinating reports required at the group level and the Bank’s reports corresponding to ERM. Furthermore, provide Senior Management proper identification and interpretation of the metrics and assessments developed to ensure alignment with the Bank’s strategic plan.
)Responsible for preparing and presenting all reporting to the Risk & Compliance Management Committee.
)Responsible for preparing, in coordination with the CRO, all reports presented in the Audit and Risk Committee.
)Develop and maintain appropriate documentation to support ERM plan activities.
Risk Governance, Organization and Startegic Planning(%):
)Escalate, report and communicate all appropriate matters to the Chief Risk Officer, Senior Management and risk committees.
) Review and evaluate the Bank Risk Organization and Governance alignment with the Head Office.
) Responsible for ongoing alignment of the Strategic Plan to the Risk Appetite Statement by ensuring risks evident in proposed plans are identified and validating those proposed plans are consistent with the qualitative and quantitative Risk Appetite metrics
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
A university degree in Business/Economics or Law or comparable studies Working experience in compliance, internal audit, forensics, consulting or legal Enthusiasm for data analysis and the involvement in enhancing compliance tools & technology Strong business partnership culture combined with a solution-oriented attitude and capable of performing even in challenging situations An open, flexible, and team-oriented personality Good communication skills with a very high standard of written and spoken English and Spanish, French would be an advantage Good knowledge and experience with standard MS Office products, in particular excel-
